The App does not intentionally collect or store customer payment information or sensitive personal data. The App operates as a service provider to Shopify merchants and may process data on behalf of the merchant in accordance with the purposes outlined above.
The App does not have a direct relationship with your customers or visitors.
You are responsible for ensuring that your store’s privacy disclosures and permissions comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We do not control or determine how merchants collect or use their customers’ personal information.

Information is not sold. Personal information is not shared with third parties except where necessary to operate the App, such as Shopify infrastructure providers, or where legally required.
Information is used strictly for the purpose of providing the App’s functionality and is not used for independent marketing, profiling, or resale.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard data, taking into account industry standards and the nature of the information processed.
Data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 of South Africa (POPIA) and, where applicable, international data protection frameworks.
Campaign-related data may be retained for a limited period, currently up to 3 months, to support functionality, reporting, and system reliability.
Data may be deleted earlier upon request, subject to technical limitations. Where required, reasonable steps will be taken to delete stored information.
Data may be processed and stored on infrastructure located outside your country, including servers in the United States, for example AWS us-east-1.
By using the App, you consent to the transfer of data across borders where necessary for the operation of the service.
Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.
You may request deletion of your store-related data by contacting support.
While we take reasonable steps to delete data upon request, certain technical data, including webhook-related records, may persist temporarily due to system limitations.
If the business is sold, merged, or restructured, relevant information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to confidentiality protections.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised version.
